What is Piratify? Piratify is a SaaS platform that connects your Shopify store directly to Chinese suppliers on 1688, Taobao, and Tmall. You get access to wholesale prices — typically 50-60% cheaper than AliExpress — with full transparency on pricing and commissions.

How is Piratify different from AliExpress or other dropshipping tools? Unlike AliExpress-based tools that add hidden markups, Piratify shows you the actual supplier price plus a clear, fixed commission. You see exactly what you're paying and where your money goes.

Do I need experience in dropshipping to use Piratify? No. Piratify is designed for both beginners and experienced dropshippers. The onboarding wizard guides you through every step.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 12-18 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Can I offer express shipping? Express shipping is available on request at cost price. Contact support for details.

What if my customer's order is lost? Check the tracking information first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, report it through the order details page and Piratify will mediate with the logistics partner.

What carriers does Piratify use? Matelot plans use YunExpress. Capitaine and Amiral plans have access to multiple carriers — you choose the best option for each order.

Pricing & Payments

Is there a minimum order quantity? No MOQ for most products. You can order as little as one unit per order.

What payment methods are accepted for wallet top-ups? Credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Are there any hidden fees? No. Piratify shows every cost before you confirm an order: product price, commission, processing fee, and shipping.

What currency does the wallet use? The wallet operates in EUR (€). Supplier payments are converted to CNY at the current exchange rate, displayed before order confirmation.

Products

Can I search for products in English? Yes, but searching in Chinese keywords often returns more results. Use Google Translate to convert your search terms.

Can I import products from AliExpress? No, Piratify sources exclusively from 1688, Taobao, and Tmall — which is where AliExpress sellers source their products too, but at wholesale prices.

What if a product is out of stock? If a supplier runs out of stock after you place an order, the order will be flagged and the funds returned to your wallet. You can then source an alternative product.

Account

Can I use Piratify with platforms other than Shopify? Currently, Piratify only supports Shopify stores. Support for other platforms may be added in the future.

How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Subscription and downgrade to the free Matelot plan. You won't lose access to the platform — you'll just switch to the free tier limitations.

How do I contact support? Email support@piratify.io or use WhatsApp (Capitaine and Amiral plans). Response times depend on your plan: 72h (Matelot), 48h (Capitaine), 24h (Amiral).

Temporary Storage

What is temporary storage? Capitaine and Amiral plans include 30-day temporary storage at the logistics warehouse. Products can be held and combined before shipping to reduce costs.

What happens after 30 days? You'll receive a reminder 5 days before expiration. After 30 days, products are automatically destroyed if not shipped.

Legal

Is dropshipping legal? Yes, dropshipping is a legal business model in most countries. However, you are responsible for complying with consumer protection laws, product safety standards, and tax obligations in your country of sale.

Does Piratify allow selling branded products? No. Piratify strictly prohibits the sourcing and sale of counterfeit or branded products without proper authorization. All users must accept the Anti-Counterfeiting Pledge before using the platform.
