Connecting your Shopify store to Piratify lets you sync orders automatically and push products directly from your Piratify catalog.

How to Connect

  1. Go to Stores in the sidebar (or click "Connect your Shopify store" on the dashboard).

  2. Click "Connect a Store".

  3. Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com).

  4. You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection. Review the permissions and click "Install app".

  5. Once authorized, your store appears in the Stores page and orders will sync automatically.

Permissions Requested

Piratify requests access to:

  • Products — to push sourced products to your store

  • Orders — to sync customer orders for fulfillment

  • Customers — to display customer data in your dashboard

Piratify does not modify your existing products or store settings.

Disconnecting a Store

Go to Stores, click on the store you want to disconnect, and select "Disconnect". This will stop order syncing but won't affect products already in your Shopify store.

Troubleshooting

  • Store not connecting? Make sure you're entering the .myshopify.com URL, not a custom domain.

  • Orders not syncing? It can take a few minutes for new orders to appear. Try refreshing the Orders page.

  • Permission error? Make sure you're logged in as the store owner or have admin access on Shopify.
