For Capitaine and Amiral plans, products pass through a logistics warehouse where basic quality checks are performed before shipping to your customer.

Common Issues
How to Report an Issue
Go to Orders and find the affected order.
Open the order details.
Click "Report Issue" and describe the problem with photos if applicable.
Piratify will mediate with the supplier on your behalf.
Resolution Process
Piratify contacts the supplier to investigate.
Possible outcomes:
Resend: The supplier sends a replacement at no extra cost.
Partial refund: A partial credit is applied to your wallet.
Full refund: The full product cost is returned to your wallet.
Resolution typically takes 5-10 business days.
Important Notes
Report issues within 5 days of delivery for the best chance of resolution.
Piratify acts as a mediator β final resolution depends on the supplier's policies.
Commissions on disputed orders are not refunded unless the order is fully cancelled.
Returns to Supplier
Returns to the supplier are possible within 7 days of purchase, subject to the supplier's return policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the user.
