How to Top Up Your Wallet

Your Piratify wallet is a prepaid balance used to pay for supplier orders and shipping. You need funds in your wallet before placing any orders.

How to Add Funds

  1. Go to Balance in the sidebar.

  2. Click "Top Up".

  3. Enter the amount you want to add (minimum €1).

  4. Complete the payment via Stripe (credit/debit card).

  5. Funds are added to your wallet instantly.

Currency

  • Wallet top-ups are processed in EUR (€).

  • Supplier orders are paid in CNY (¥).

  • The exchange rate is applied at the time of order placement and is displayed before you confirm.

What Your Wallet Covers

Your wallet balance is used to pay for:

  • Product costs (supplier price)

  • Piratify commissions

  • Processing fees

  • Shipping costs

All costs are shown transparently before you confirm an order — no hidden fees.

Low Balance Warning

If your wallet balance is low, you'll see a "Low balance - Top up now" warning on your dashboard. Make sure to keep sufficient funds to avoid delays in processing your orders.

Refunds

Your available wallet balance (not committed to pending orders) is refundable at any time. See our Wallet Refund Policy for full details.
