Your Piratify wallet is a prepaid balance used to fund supplier orders. Here's what you need to know about refunds.

Available Balance β€” Refundable

Your wallet balance that is not committed to a pending or active order is refundable at any time:

  • Method: Bank transfer to the original payment method

  • Processing time: Within 14 business days

  • Fees: None

Committed Balance β€” Not Immediately Refundable

Funds committed to an active order (ordered, in production, or in transit) cannot be refunded until the order is completed or cancelled.

If a supplier cancels an order before shipment, the full amount is automatically re-credited to your wallet.

Commissions β€” Non-Refundable

Piratify commissions on completed orders are non-refundable, as they represent payment for services rendered.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@piratify.io with:

  • Your Piratify account email

  • The amount you'd like refunded

  • Your IBAN for bank transfer

We'll confirm within 48 hours and process the refund within 14 business days.
