Step 1: Create Your Account

Step 2: Accept the Anti-Counterfeiting Pledge

Before accessing the platform, you'll need to accept our Anti-Counterfeiting Pledge. Piratify strictly prohibits the sourcing and sale of counterfeit products. This is a one-time step that ensures a safe marketplace for everyone.

Step 3: Connect Your Shopify Store

From your dashboard, click "Connect your Shopify store" (Step 1 in the welcome checklist) or go to Stores in the sidebar. Enter your Shopify store URL and authorize the connection. Piratify will sync your orders automatically.

Step 4: Find Your First Product

Go to Sourcing in the sidebar. Search for products on 1688, Taobao, or Tmall by keyword, URL, or image. Compare prices and suppliers to find the best deal — most products are 50-60% cheaper than AliExpress.

Step 5: Import & Push to Shopify

Once you've found a product, import it into your Piratify catalog. From there, push it to your connected Shopify store in one click. The product will appear in your Shopify admin ready to sell.

Step 6: Top Up Your Wallet

Go to Balance in the sidebar and add funds to your Piratify wallet via Stripe. Your wallet is used to pay for supplier orders. You can top up any amount starting from €1.

Step 7: Start Selling!

When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, it automatically appears in Orders on Piratify. From there, you can send the order to the supplier, track production and shipping, and follow delivery all the way to your customer.

Your dashboard shows your progress through these steps, along with key metrics: wallet balance, total orders, customers, and products in your catalog. Track your completion rate with the progress bar at the top.
