How to Cancel or Modify an Order

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order depending on its current status:

Pending

Yes — full refund to wallet

Awaiting Processing

Yes — full refund to wallet

In Production

Maybe — depends on supplier

Shipped

No — order is already in transit

Delivered

No

To cancel, go to Orders, open the order, and click "Cancel Order" if available.

What Happens When I Cancel?

  • Before supplier processing: The full order amount (product + fees) is returned to your wallet automatically.

  • After production has started: Cancellation depends on the supplier. Partial or no refund may apply. Piratify will contact the supplier on your behalf.

Modifying an Order

Once an order has been sent to the supplier, it cannot be modified (quantity, variant, shipping address). If you need changes:

  1. Cancel the current order (if still possible).

  2. Place a new order with the correct details.

Tips

  • Double-check order details before processing.

  • If a customer wants to change their order, act quickly — once the supplier starts production, cancellation becomes difficult.
