Delivery Timeline
Every order goes through two stages:
We recommend setting delivery expectations of 8–15 days on your Shopify store for standard shipments to the United States and Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product type, customs processing, and selected shipping route.
Shipping Routes by Destination
Piratify automatically selects the best shipping route for each order based on the product type and destination country. Here's an overview of available routes and estimated delivery times:
United States
Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain)
United Kingdom
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Our logistics team periodically updates routes and pricing based on the latest carrier rates and actual delivery performance.
Carriers
Piratify automatically selects the best shipping route for each order based on the product type and destination country. You don't need to configure anything — we handle carrier selection for you to provide a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience.
Customs & Import Duties
Products shipped from China may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country.
EU (IOSS): Piratify supports IOSS registration for EU-bound shipments. Enter your IOSS number in Settings → Profile. This allows VAT to be collected at checkout, so your customers won't face surprise fees at delivery.
United Kingdom: Similar to EU, customs duties may apply. Shipments via Duty-Free routes include customs handling.
Other countries: Customs duties vary by country and product type. Your customers may need to pay import taxes on delivery.
Piratify’s role: We coordinate the shipping process from the supplier to your customer. Customs clearance remains the responsibility of the importer, usually your customer.
Sensitive Products (Batteries, Liquids)
If you sell products containing batteries or liquids, don't worry — Piratify automatically routes your order via the appropriate carrier that supports sensitive products. Standard routes do not handle these items, but our system detects and selects the correct route for you.
Tips
Set clear delivery expectations on your Shopify store. For most US and European orders, we recommend displaying 8–15 days as the estimated delivery window. For sensitive products or remote destinations, allow extra time.
Use tracking information to proactively update customers on their order status.
For EU sales, register for IOSS to provide a smoother experience for your customers.
Clothing items may ship faster via dedicated clothing routes.
UK deliveries may be faster on selected routes, depending on the product type and carrier availability.
