How to Track Your Orders

Piratify lets you follow every order from the moment it's placed to delivery at your customer's door.

Order Statuses

Status

Meaning

Pending

Order received from Shopify, awaiting processing

Awaiting Processing

Order sent to supplier, waiting for confirmation

In Production

Supplier is preparing the order

In Stock at Warehouse

Product received at the logistics warehouse

Shipped

Package dispatched to the customer

Delivered

Package delivered to the customer

Cancelled

Order cancelled (by you or the supplier)

Failed

Order failed β€” requires attention

Tracking Information

Once an order is shipped, you'll see:

  • Carrier name (e.g., YunExpress)

  • Tracking number

  • Estimated delivery date

You can also view the full tracking history for each package.

12-18 business days

Shipping times depend on the destination country, carrier, and customs processing. Some orders may arrive faster.

Notifications

Piratify sends you notifications for important order updates β€” check the Notifications page (bell icon in the top right) or configure your notification preferences in Settings.

What to Do If an Order Fails

If an order shows as "Failed":

  1. Check the error message in the order details.

  2. Common reasons: supplier out of stock, invalid shipping address, wallet balance insufficient.

  3. You can retry the order or cancel it. If cancelled, the funds are returned to your wallet.
