Example Cost Calculation

For a product priced at €12 on 1688 (Matelot/Capitaine plan):

  • Product cost: €12.00

  • Commission (15%): €1.80

  • Processing fee: €1.20

  • Shipping (~300g to France): ~€6.00

  • Total: ~€21.00

Free Trial

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial on the Capitaine plan. After the trial, you can choose to upgrade or switch to the free Matelot plan.

When Should I Upgrade to Amiral?

The Amiral plan becomes more cost-effective from around 100 orders/month thanks to reduced commissions. For 200 orders/month on medium-ticket products, you'd save approximately €110/month compared to Capitaine.
